Do credits expire?
One-time credit packs and welcome credits do not expire. Subscription credits reset when a new paid billing cycle is fulfilled and do not roll over.
Which credits are used first?
Subscription credits are used first. Once those run out, requests use your one-time or welcome credits.
What happens when I cancel?
Cancel future renewals through My account → Manage billing & cancellation. Your monthly credits remain available until the current billing period ends. One-time credits are not affected.
What if an AI request fails?
Failed AI requests return the credits they used. Reopening the same completed request does not charge you again.
